You can usually get a basket case for that, probably with some damage and lots of rust.

But for £375 you won't lose money on parting it out. That is unless its stolen, an insurance write off or marked as scrapped by the DVLA or something! Without the V5 it could be a risk. Offer them a packet of McCoys and see what they say.

I would say its a win-win for you! You could bust it for bits for a lot more alternatively, it may not need a fortune spending to MOT it. Log book should only be a £28 hassle, number is displayed prominently.

Ok cheers so is there risk it's stolen this is picture of the interior.the chassis is fairly rusty.

If its been recorded at the DVLA as being scrapped then you will not get a V5 for it.There is no way it can legally be put back on the road.Part it out and hopefully make a bit of cash to put towards one that can be put back on the road.

That reg brings up a chassis no. on my works system. Let me know if you want me to PM it to you so you can check the VIN against the chassis plate.

Don't want to put you off at all, but as has been said could be stolen, (to me personally this is) i noticed the spare wheel appears to be off a renault traffic van ? Just seems suspicious, like I say, it's an opinion, I could be wrong!

On the grounds that the OP themselves think that there is a risk that it is stolen or not 100% legal it would make them a prime target for being prosecuted for handling stolen goods. My advice would be to walk away.

I'd never pay more than £250 for a scrap landy, given the state of that one I'd not pay more than £200 and for that i'd expect it delivered

Tight fooker :p :p

Given than mine came with a full mot, is tax exempt and came with £400 worth of spares in the boot and i paid less than £800 for it, I feel that's a reasonable price scale, mine wasn't an amazing bargain find or anything, just a standard series on ebay :)

Thanks for all the replies I spoke to him today and said sell for 275 I definatly think it's a write off.i like the tyres on it and there couple things that are worth £10 that I also want,I think to big project for me ,so thinking about taking things I need then scrap it but don't know how much it worth scrap?

Don't know about scrap value but you could break it and ebay parts....blower fans, panels, switches, clocks, seat boxes etc etc all fetch reasonable money. You could easily get your money back and more, I'm sure...
