It was only £75 to replace my windscreen when i hit a kamekaze pigeon a couple of years ago, and that includes fitting.

X-eng do a small spot for roof bars and roll cages look quite good but dunno how much they cost.

Nope they fill the arches perfectly imo.

I have 285/75/16 cooper discoverer ST on my 90, the only thing i'v had to do was adjust the steering stops and thats with tired suspension, new susp in the pipe line.
the 285s gave me an extra 2" on the diff height.

Just buy some county sides from flea bay n sell your van sides to pay for it easy

I used solvent free (didn't fancy the resultant solvent head fook) evo stick contact adhesive, the material has a certain amount of 'spring' to it so this helps holds it in place.

Plywood and yatch varnish will do the job just as well, or get a load liner
