I've purchased a used but good set of springs & dampers (2 inch lift) for my 200tdi, one pair of springs are longer, the shorter set do have a bit of masking tape marked front, therefore assume longer pair are for the back. Pretty hard to actually make out anything else from the springs...

Sorted, just needed a bit of manual help to get them going eventually, has been sitting for 3 years so had seized slightly !!

Its a 91 200tdi, Rangey185, does not have the same stalks as a 300 and my TD5 Disco 2. Would appear to be up and down function as per the indicator stalk, does have a wee slide switch which I assume adjusted the speed ?. Wash is by pushing the end of the stalk in. Changed the fuse with no avail...

Worked a treat lads,thanks. Removed oval badge, mucho application of WD40 and for good measure seeing as I had the door card off gave the inside mechanism the guns too - sorted. One problem out of the way...............Cheers ;)

Worked a treat after a lot of swearing, once glued it was a bugger to manipulate, did make the mistake of using the genuine lining that came off as a template, much thinner than the veltrim so when it came to folding things were a bit tight ! also had to lengthen a couple of the fir tree fixings...

Great post, I've nearly completed my 90 but still have to do the big back panel, did you have to use a heat gun at all to shape round the alpine window cut outs ?

Mebbe picking up the wrong problem guys, I have the clamp that secures the cable at the catch, was wondering how much inner cable has to be fed through it ? Also the outer sheath at present is only fastened in the cab at the bracket, have yet to locate the other two fixings noted in the official...

It's been fine, fortunately the problem could not have originated from my sunroof/s as I don't have any !! It's a Serengeti model :)
