My Disco 2 was always prone to let in a bit of water if left parked tilted to one side i.e half on kerb, if raining heavily the water used to come through a small hole in the headline, right beside the screen in the middle by the rear view mirror. Now when level I'm getting damp head lining both sides, particularly at the top of the pillars and making it's way back to the top of the doors. Dries out fairly quickly and does not appear to be making its way down to the footwells as they are both dry.Pain in the butt though and doing a bit of forum searching (and picking the brain of my very helpful local Autoglass man) it would appear there are faulty welds where the roof is attached to the pillars, LR Main Dealers were aware of this and removed the screens and sealed all welds before re-fitting the screen, only for those good owners that brought their cars in under warranty I would imagine, I doubt they would do it now on a 2002 model !. Anyone got any tips on how to cure this problem ? have found one reference to removing the windscreen side trims to gain access to seal. In anticipation - Cheers
