I had this on my Disco...I checked everything as I thought the alternator could'nt possibly make that noise, but it did!

Hello Mike and welcome. It's probably too late now for an answer but for future reference you can bodge it to get you home with any tubing that'll give you a tight fit on the injectors. Aquarium air line..that kinda thing etc.....in simple terms, it ain't bad at all.

Do what I did, buy a 1/2 " drive socket off of fleabay for about twenty odd quid....saves fookin about.

The filter is unacceptable and that machined face on the pump should be flawless. Theres no way it was packaged at manufacture in that condition.
