Hi all,
Been away for a while but I've just sorted out new password and everything to get back on line.
I'm not a 'knowall' but I do spanner all day, everyday on nothing but Land Rover vehicles here in Shropshire.

I've just used the +2" super gaz kit (DA4289) on my Defender and I'm really pleased with the all round performance of it both on and off road. Truth be known I do work for Britpart but I'm really pleased with my rebuilt 90 non the less (suspension included)!!

It was I that have done LRO's vehicle! and I've done my own at the same time. I had a second pair of axles to start my rebuild while the vehicle was still on the road. This meant that I had a rolling chassis with most of the break lines already sorted before my vehicle was taken off the road.

You'll need at least one other pair of hands to help you for sure because the back tub will be a little awkward else!!

I'm also looking into solar recharge and that regenerative braking. Recon I can push the range up a fair amount. More like 100mile. The mechanics look very simple so sus-out and I recon even with battery changes it would still pay for itself in no time!!
