Range rover classic abs fitted or not?

Thats not ABS, a lot of people just put Classics back to regular brakes once the ABS system goes wonky, as its a pretty simple job and Classic ABS parts are stupid expensive, atleast here in the Dubai. Close to 2000 GBP just for the booster !

Think I Put It On Too Cheap!!

Sold a Merc ML350 for a friend in 2 hours and it wasn't listed cheap either, had to turn away another buyer who was coming down to see it halfway. A well written adv with good pics does help move a vehicle fast. On the other hand a Range Rover Classic sat for almost a month with me, was getting...

Brakes again! I swear this problem is unique!

For a lot less money for those parts you threw at it, you could have bought a Nanocom. Could be as simple as a sensor gone loose or wonky on another end, could be the accumalator. I had the ABS light on and I thought my brakes were fine, but changed the accumalator and now brakes are better and...

Oh come on chaps, stop trying to scare the **** out of the poor fella, any second hand car you are going to get is going to have issues, all my cars go through what I call the teething phase, all sorts of little niggles and jiggles, but once sorted out, they drive pretty well. And I always...

While I'm at it : Another Keyfob not working issue

In case you missed it the first time round. Maybe you are missing my point or maybe I am missing yours. What you are saying I think is other than the remote CDL, the FOB is useless, I were to go get a cheap key made, my car would lock, unlock, start, switch off perfectly fine, isn't it ? Which...

While I'm at it : Another Keyfob not working issue

From the Rover ETM 1997-99 GEMS - 6th Edition "The vehicle can be mobilised by any of the following methods: Turn the ignition on (The handset must be functioning properly and within close proximity to the key!)" Also before this it mentions the car will go into passive...

While I'm at it : Another Keyfob not working issue

I've read a coil in the ignition reads off the key fob and if it matches, only then after proper codes and communications have been established the car starts. If I'm reading you right, I could have a 5 quid blade cut at the key makers and use it and just not have remote locking and unlocking...
