That sounds easy enough, thanks a lot. I planned to swap for a disco axle with discs but I was speaking to someone the other day, he said he wouldn't bother? I thought it was a no brainer

Oil leak in the rear drum

Afternoon everyone, have a bit of a leak :/ Parked me landy up for a few weeks and then my step dad pointed out a leak, it was dripping from the side of the drum (inside) So I've taken the drum off and it looks a little like this Not looking too clean haha. Seams to be coming from the centre...

    new clutch failure

You definitely need to put the staple in when you change it, I didn't in mine and the bearing melted. Mine would only go down half way though so not sure if the same things happened to yours

    Clutch help

I'm with you here, once that clip was in it all made sense, without it being pulled away it can stay spinning on the fingers, pretty sure that's why mine over heated. My bite point is a bit high now though but I believe that can be adjusted

    Clutch help

Well it's done and sorted, found the problem, I didn't put the little plastic clip in that holds the bearing to the fork, didn't even know it needed one haha

    Clutch help

I just looked for the heavy duty release bearing and bought it just had n/a under brand. When I first bought the clutch I was new and didn't realise how bad they were

    Clutch help

I would rather not lol, it's an aluminium one so surely it can't fail like that again? It's this one FTC5200HD | Clutch release bearing - Heavy Duty Had a quick search around the forum before I ordered it and someone was raving about it?

    Clutch help

Well the new one has just arrived and its ****part again, hopefully being the heavy duty one it will be alright. I wish paddocks would make it more clear which parts are britpart, or stop using them altogether
