I did the fuel filter on mine a couple of weeks ago so it definately isn't that on mine. Haven't done the sedimenter yet but doing the boot welding soon so will have it off then. Havent done the valve clearences yet, could it be that?

Evening all, I have a 'flat spot' in my acceleration. Happens in 1st, 2nd and 3rd at 2500 rpm. literally you hit 2500 rpm and it's like a limiter momenteraly kicks in then carries accelerating as normal. My engine is currently underpowered... still to be investigated... so not sure if this is...

Evening ladies and gents, The boot on my 300 tdi is going to need welding before it's MOT in May. I don't have the skills to do the welding, or the time... my local Landi specialist has quoted up to 24 hours labour to do it... one hell of a bill!! They have done plenty of work for me before...
