You tubers do my head in!

Just finished watching a vlog from an umercan who claimed his L322 death rattle wasn't the vanos or timing chain issues but just a case of changing the power steering fluid and the noise goes away! Problem with that theory is that the power steering pump is on other side of the engine from the noise. Don't get me started on the "I bought the cheapest lemon and then spent another £10k with specialists happy to bend me over because I have absolutely no mechanical ability and hope my YT income buys me a Lambo?" Much like Hoovie and De Mug person there seems to be a thing at the moment for showing how inept and clueless some peeps can be? I use YT for ideas and inspiration.... Mustie1 and Vice grip garage have been brilliant for getting me out there buying projects at the other side of the Country... currently working on an Alfa GTV dragged from the leafy suburbs of London.

Yeah… I watch quite many of those YouTube videos of “I bought a car dirt cheap that was in an accident and was left under water for months but I poured my life savings into it and it still doesn’t work correctly.”
