Injector

I replaced 2 injectors on my 530d and they were around £37 each.

Yeah! She lives !!!

All back together again and starts on the button first time every time.

Now, what to fix next?

1 - It sometimes doesnt start, it never starts on the key! FIXED
2 - It has a tiny oil leak from the gearbox
3 - it has a little rust
4 - the steering is a bit heavy
5 - air con hasnt got any refrigerant in it
6 - aux cabin heater doesnt seem to work
7 - the side lights flash once every 20 seconds
8 - Parking sensors just scream wildly

Answers on a post card please.

As silly as it sounds.

Reason being it sounds electrickery and the longer these type of issue left the more issue will appear.

some would probably also include 5.

Good you have 1 off the list well done it’s a race now to clear the list before having to add to it, that’s the challenge

The parking sensors are driving me mad! will also give me the oppertunity to sort out the ill fitting front bumper.
The side lights flash alternately once every 30 secods or so, I think its because someone has fitted LED bulbs.

The car definitley has some electrical faults. It broke down a week after I got it when a connector to one of the injectors stopped connecting. Fixed with a spray of contact cleaner.

The aircon needs re filling but I think it has a leak so probably needs a hose replacing.

The heating works regardless of the aircon so its low on my list, at least untill the weather warms up!

AC helps with humidity/dampness
so can be advantageous to the electrickery in an L322.
That was the only reason I suggested.

I think your on the right track with the led`s they throw up all sorts of funny things, i would be looking at the heavy steering as that would not be good if if it packed up suddenly.

Not good getting LED's from China (eBay)
