This is what I'm hoping! I'd like to do all poly bushes too, job for summer I think! I replaced the rear ones cos one was snapped in half, tempted to just get a full set like you did! How much did it set you back?
I think it worked out about £180 all in plus turret rings. I used the rubber bushes that came with the shocks but have replaced all other bushes with flo flex. Its only because their easy to fit that I went to poly bushes otherwise I would have kept to standard. Not that impressed really.
The springs are just Britpart from Paddocks as Terrafirma dont do standard height springs(not that I could find anyway) and I figured that surely Britpart cant go wrong with springs.... can they?

Terrafirma do not do standard height springs! for the best quality you best off buy some standard springs from land rover with Terrafirma shockers!

for a 110 your looking at part numbers: TF116 for front and TF117 for the rear!

your looking around 120 inc VAT for the shocks and around £200 inc VAT for Allmakes 4x4 standard springs!
although springs on the rear of a 110 vary from vehicle to vehicle!

We would be happy to help out with whatever setup you want to go with, as has already been said, Terrafirma springs are designed to give a 2" lift and are rated for different load levels so you will get less lift if you load up on the soft springs and vice versa with hard and no load, it comes down to choice. We will have the TF116 and TF117 shocks back in stock by Tuesday and will come out at about £45.95 a pair +vat so you are looking at around £110 all in with VAT for the shocks and we are offering free delivery for standard UK addresses on orders over £100. There are loads of springs to choose from so let me know what you want from them and I can offer some options.

ahhhh, perfect opportunity to ask a question here then.. i have a 110 van, i carry kack all weight in it generally.. but i dont want to get low load ones to find that it is all over the place on the road... ever used the low load springs??

2 or 3 paving slabs, or a few bags of sand in the back works wonders

I have the a full terrafirma +2 light duty kit on my 110 CSW, and it does roll around a bit in corners (to be expected) but it is very comfy on and off road.

could you let me know how it is fella? i quite like how firm mine is now but the rears are rock hard.. no idea what springs are on it! but i also wouldn't mind keeping it standard height..
