to be fitted in the new year after the weather gets better.
i purchased this kit from Andy at Defender Bits excellent service and a very professional outfit!

No only replaced shocks, my rear springs are fine i may change the fronts yet though.

I've only driven it round the yard at the mo so dont know.

Keep us informed once you get on the road in it.

Mine was lifted when i got it and i put it back to standard (britpart with oil filled shocks) and wonder what a difference some decent shocks would make?

Anyone just changed shocks before?

Looking to change mine for a full set of standard height ones... Not sure wether to go all out or just get a reasonable set.. Hmmm

Just replaced all my shocks with terrafima and standard springs. I find that with something that slowly wears you only realise how bad they were when you replace them. Made a huge difference and actually a pleasure to drive again but not surprised when I saw the rubber washers that used to be bushes. Enjoy :)

my supgaz shocks (which i believe are britpart?) are pretty poor, im hoping these will be a massive improvment.

Some of that carpet will look great in the back of the landy!

Springs look good - keep the photos coming.

Not sure that a landy sized hole in the carpet would go down to well :p:eek:

Plan on a doing a step by step photo thread of the rebuild ;)

Good to know, Ive got these in +"2 as the landy is already lift +2" and with 33x12.50R15 i need the lift.

This is what I'm hoping! I'd like to do all poly bushes too, job for summer I think! I replaced the rear ones cos one was snapped in half, tempted to just get a full set like you did! How much did it set you back?
