xenon stuck on high/low beam..

hello all, just bought a 2006 4.4 RR vogue last week.....what a great piece of kit.....
my first problem in ownership!!!!
i have the bi-xenon system(not adaptive).
it(both left and right side) do not seem to dip and i believe is stuck in the high beam position.
when i pull the stalk, the side halogen lights come on as they are suposed to...
could this be a solenoid problem...if so, any solutions?...many thanks

Take it back if you bought from a stealer and have them fix it for free.
