Xenon head lights

Lads having a fault with the xenon dip bulb on my fathers 2005 L322 the left hand one flickers when on and then will stop working we have changed the bulbs twice and from side to side and the fault is still there is there anything I should be looking for I can't see any poor connections inside or around the lamp unit

Oh ye the bulbs were genuine lr ones and new

Have you tried swapping the ballast from side to side and see if the fault follows??

If it does - dodgy ballast/Starter Unit

If it Doesn't - dodgy wiring or connection.

probably the ballas box, dont buy LR aftermarket ones are quite good and about 1/3 the price
