yep, always try to help if I can & not going to damage my pride & joy.
in york last week , during the latest floods and spent about an hour pulling car's & caravans off a campsite that was flooded. A lot of teh towcars were these new jap "soft roaders" (X-trails, Quasqui's etc.) and owners were surprised that even with "intellegent 4 wheel drive" they couldn't pull themselves out never mind the caravan.
Only thing I don't do is connect the towstrap (12 ton breaking strain with D shackles) to their vehicle
the P38 did brill, for one I ended up pulling out a car (mondeo) whilst still attched to the caravan - well pleased with myself
