Spent all day yesterday welding plates on my chassis.:) Resembled more of a cheese grater before i started but now looks more like a patch work quilt. Also tightened up hand brake. I also re-aligned the yoke on the front prop to see if that would remove the knocking im getting, unfortunatly its still there but just as well i tried as the bolts for the prop had started to work loose. That could have been messy! Fingers crossed for next friday.
All i can think of now is pump timing or valve clearances to stop the knocking.

Just had work done on gearbox and transfer box so i suspect they were not tightened up in first place. The front prop was put back on the wrong way round aswell acording to Mr. Haynes. Gonna replace all nut with ny-lock nuts this week and check every so often.
