I recently broke down in my Td4. Come off the round about changed gear and it died on me, tried bumping it and it started but cut almost immediately. Called RAC who said it was cam sensor.

Changes the cam sensor no joy, got pointed in the direction of HP fuel pump, changed that still won’t start, changed crank shaft sensor, fuel filter under the rear arch and guess what? Still won’t start :( anyone have any idea? Tried easy start and that don’t fire it up either.

The HP fuel pump is chain driven by the engine, usually only fails by leaking. Pointless changing it,
Was the regulator and o ring replaced when you replaced pump?
Split o ring can cause non starting

fuel rail sensor
I shall check that now, the diagnostic machine firstly wouldn’t pull up any faults at all but now engine management light is on and it’s showing one fault but won’t give me the fault code. I’m currently trying to find a machine to see if I can get the code

There's no point in replacing sensors willy nilly, as you could be introducing additional faults. If it cut out when running, then that discounts the cam position sensor.
Loosing a rail sensor while running will put the malfunction light on and flag a code, but it would normally still run.
You need to read the code which is causing the light, before throwing more random parts at it.

I’m just trying to locate a diagnostic machine to read the faults. I’m buying a fiesta next lol

Won’t even fire on easystart? That sounds worrying, but I find it gets lost in the long intake path. Make sure you’re spraying it right into the manifold, right at the EGR.

Do you get a rev counter reading when cranking? Could be the crank sensor if not.
