Nice looking engine bay POS! looks like you've put some work into it!
Im interested in the catch tank youve got - Id like to do similar to my 200tdi - where did you get yours? (as an option to making one myself!)

Thank you :) The catch tank just came from ebay, I think it cost about £15. They can be made very easily and some of the better ones have baffle plates in them to help separate the oil from the vapours. The pot I've got is just a big empty space but it works on the principle of cooling and condensing the blow-by gasses. It doesn't really do a particularly good job because 1) I don't have any blow-by and 2) there is a trace of oil in my intake pipes before the turbo.

Looks good, I may well copy yo in the not too distant future! I need to get rid of my. One airfilter bodge as its not best for getting across rivers!

Looks good. I really need to get mine fitted. I'll order up that ring bracket too, makes the install look good.

Same catch tank as i fitted a while back, and i actually had to empty it the other day was half full of water but no oil at all, i didnt notice it until i saw a sludgy deposit in my air filter housing the other day.

Hi have just bought a donaldson filter off ebay for £14 can i ask where you got your air feed pipe from??? Thinking about using the filter for a snorkel setup - cheers ;)

If it is the blue silicone ducting you are referring to, this is the stuff: Blue Silicone Ducting - Air Ductings AP Motor Store It is a wire re-enforced CAF (cold air feed) pipe and is priced per metre. There are cheaper alternatives which would work but this is durable stuff. Bear in mind that it will NEED to be wire re-enforced.
