looking at your post count u know landys mate ,i dont ,its my first

so lads heres a pic

i tried fiddling with switches on the motors ,flicked the black switch top right of panel ,pulled/pushed the one above the key ,nothin

any help would be good ,cheers steve

You have got a proper series!

Have you tried the switch on the back of each lucas motor? (The silver jobbies your side of the screen) One should be a manual wipe and the other the power =)
 
hiya darius, tried fiddlin with them on back of motor

had o/s working by hand,then later it wont budge , but couldnt work out what to do with left switch,didnt wanna force it ,

its a 67 ,cheers mate
 
sorted ,both work ok ,cheers lads

now for the next thing ,the headlights,when sitting idling or lift off throttle the lights go dim and flashers stop working.........alternater kit i think

I would research that before you start spending, could just be a bad earth.

Where are you? might be worth putting this in your profile so folks may offer to help if nearby
 
willdo ,the wiring does need cleaning up, flashers go really fast too,like when one of the bulbs is blown [it aint tho]

sweet engine now the valve clearances are done,but the cap and leads look years old ,so plenty to get on with ,starts bang on tho

its not what im used to but its growing on me quick, cheers steve
