Hi folks
got a problem with fitting a windscreen (Defender 110); took the old one out, one cut with the stanley knife and peeled the rest out it was so perished. Got a decent genuine LR seal and a nice warm day, followed all the info, string, lube, and so on and in it all goes. Except it doesnt fit! The bottom corners are about 3mm proud of the frame so the bottom lip of the is only just on the frame. Ive fitted the seal to the frame and it looks fine, and it fits the glass OK, just not both at the same time?
Any suggestions?
