Evening all.

I have a 1989 Vogue SE and the wipers don't work at all.
Can someone please point me in the direction of where to start looking?
I can't even see the fuse box...
Admittedly, I've not spent a huge amount of time on this fault yet as I've been making up and fitting new brake lines to it.
Not to mention all new rear brakes and suspension!

Thanks in advance, Stuart.

Hello mate.

Thanks for the reply.
Are the relays with the fuses also?

I'll have a look in there when I'm next in work.

No
Relays are in various places ie under bonnet/hood, steering shroud lower facia, behind kick-panels etc. depending on model year. I wouldn't think there is a relay for wipers but I can't get to my WS manual at the moment, due to decorating

Will take a look at my copy in a mo....

EDIT: No relay as such, but there is the Delay Timer that is hidden under the Lower Dash shroud by the steering column (circuit Diagram attached)

When this happened to me I found that the splines were worn on the spindle and could no longer wind the wipers. After filing the splines and putting new spring washers on they worked. the motor was on the way out, so It bought time to get another motor.

Thanks for the repies, gents.
Can't hear a bean, so I am assuming the power isn't getting to the motor.
There's no noise at all when operating the wiper stalk, unless you operate wash/wipe then the washers work.

Thanks again, Stuart.
