...or lack of it.....my 2003 90 CSW has never had much of a squirt but it i down to a dribble now ( although the rear screen is good).....any ideas?...do I need to remove the jets and clean them out ( is this easy?)

I had similar problems but for rear window, sorted it by unblocking the tube that goes to the rear window along the inside gutter! now Got identical problem for front windscreen! no idea how to sort it! Any clues?????

Do the 405 mod.

get the wiper mounted washers off a pug 405 or similar and never have ****e washer jets again.

why not pay an attractive woman to sit naked on your bonnet and give her intermittant signals to lick the screen clean. This keeps the screen clean and will make you forget about the rattling doors and engine roar that usually gets on your nerves.

youd get done fer driving with obscured vision plus it'd cost a fortune to cover her in enough velcro to stop her flying off at 65 - or if yer that tit who wants to make his new defender go fast 120

you can get to the back of the jets by removing the top of the dash. You'll probably have to loosen the handle on the far left of the dash and the opposite end where the heater controls are in order to get the top off.

Not sure if this applies but with knowledge of fords bmws puggits and so on there can be a small gauze filter in the screenwash bottle below the pump pick up and if you mix certain washer addititives they go like jelly and gum up the filter thus not making it easy for the pump to work, next time your bottle is almost empty pull out the pump and see if the filter is there or not, the techs at bmw used to just pus a small screwdriver through it and break the gauze. Not bad for 95 quid an hour eh!
