Disco 2 Are the windscreen washer jets adjustable?

The nearside washer jets on the D2 both need adjusting as they spray too low down on the windscreen. As I always do I slid a pin into each nozzle in turn and tried to move them but I couldn't shift either of the nozzles. I even tried the offside ones as well but to no avail. I ended up bending the pin. Are the nozzles fixed or should I be able to adjust them and they have just seized up?

Yes they are, give them a bit more force or replace.
