Windscreen washer not working

Hi I have a 1987 lr90 and have just returned from my Mot after failing due to windscreen washers not working. I can hear the pump when the stalk is pushed and I have blown through the jets on the bulkhead with an airline but I still cant get water to come through. Has anyone got any ideas? cheers warren

If you take the pipe off the jets does water come out of the end of the pipe?

and the pump in the screenwash tank may have a blocked filter ... like a fish tank filter they get gross ...

Not taken that off as its dark out but would of thought blowing back through with an airline would of cleared it as I can hear it bubbling in the tank
