Windscreen washer jets..

There is seem to be a misunderstanding with Mr. Wammers. I have never suggested, that he has got to change his windscreen washers. Not even the often stated heated ones....If he would have read my stuff, he would have seen it, that I will leave the original jets in place, se therefore will be no "two redundant holes in bonnet".
I have been asking for ideas or advice and NOT for criticism.
Also the V8 bit is above is for the member called chipV8.....And not for him, with his misareble diesel engine...

I can see you dont like putting things together but i'm sure you'll work it out.

Seems the question you should've asked is : "I'm a lazy **** with too much money and i'm a snob - can any of you peasant's tell me where I can buy something that I can't seem to find my self?":blabla:

Ok misunderstanding with chip bit. If you are talking or answering someone specific, it is a good idea to post a reply on his post and not in the general reply to the thread area. You got ideas and advise. Idea one, change your washer fluid. Advise one, leave them alone, advise two look at off road sites for what you want. The washer jets on mine are heated, they don't freeze up in winter like your jets on a tube will. Another good reason to leve them alone. But if you want to change them go ahead you don't need permission from anyone. Personally i think it's a bad idea but hayho you do as you want.

Ok misunderstanding appologies and yes forums are for helping each other out.

VWP - screenwash parts

Ok try this link the clip on jets about half way down the page I figure a couple of jets some hose and a couple of tee's and you'll be laughing. How good it looks is down to how neatly you install it. Cable ties would be neat enough for me but if you really wanna go to town you could strip the wipers off the arm thead heat shrik over it with the tubing inplace on the under side heat up to shrink re-assemble and your done.

Good luck.

The kinda jets your looking for Iveco do them for there trucks, as to fit and cost i don't know, contact them best to go to a stealer's, then you can look at them see how they fit and work

Thank you Mad Hat Man. I have seen similar ones on the E-bay, only problem I have had, that you need to change the whole set up each time. And I am not sure about the blade quality. Would have prefered the ones, that fits on the arms and leave them in place and just change the wipers....
