Has anyone changed the outside seal at the top of the windscreen as well as the one between the windscreen and plenum for air intake. Any particular care to be taken or issues to watch out for?

Dont crack the plastic bits! The top seal is a job for a pro when you get screen replaced. The bottom one is just a finisher.

Nope never, but if I had to I’d leave it to a professional, ie someone who’s trained and done it before...job done without the hassle.
