Windows stuck on a 200tdi

Ho well.. its one thing after the other...lol

yesterday while green laning I could hear something banging near the left rear door... but couldnt figure out what it was..

anyway, finished that, parked the car outside a mates house, when i got back, the rear window as open!
i thought..wtf??im sure i closed, so pressed the button up...and it was kind of jammed, so i pulled the window up with my hand and it closed, but on close inspection, the arm from the window regulator was jammed between the window and door... and the plate that supports the window had dropped... (that's probably what i could hear banging around..)

Anyway, today i took it to bits....and now the window just goes down! doesnt come up anymore...

could have been that i've fried the motor? but it still works down....
when i got my landy the seller said the left rear window didnt work, and had tape over the switch on the front..but i tried and it worked...
but the right rear window never worked...

anyway....on the 200 there isnt a glove box to take out, just something like a drawer....was looking for that little box that everyone says its usually the problem... but that's on the 300... what about the 200?

do you guys think the motor is dead?

so many questions... so little time..lol

Been thinking...

to check if the motor is dead or not, i'm going to connect the window motor to the front door, as I know the switch for the front windows is working fine, so the motor (if ok) should go up and down...

also....need to get the lift channel for the window as it's completly rusted and won't hold the glass....
where can i get this from?
