Disco 6 commercial rear windows

I have a Disco HSE SD6 commercial that has had a certified rear seat conversion already done.
The rear door windows look original but no buttons to operate.
Are there motors in the doors and just need switches?
Or, if i get them working is it still classed as a commercial :rolleyes:

Are the windows glass or metal?
Door card off for a look see will tell you what you need to know.
