So we usually close the windows by using the key (remote doesn't work).
But I think the window panel is knacked.
Nothing works mirrors windows or sunroof.
There are no error messages on the dash except sunroof open which we can't close.
Have disconnected the battery but no luck.
Does this mean I need a new panel?
If so where's the best place to get one?

you should have a key that will close the sunroof manually it looks like a T and you have to take the interior light out to use it.
If you get in touch with martyuk i think he has repaired switch packs which he will sell you

Hi
Its an R reg P38.
No noises can be heard when you operate any of the switches so a specialist said maybe the becm has shut that part of the system down.
I will go to Land Rover tomorrow to get the EKA code and hopefully that may sort it.
I hope it does.
I will go and lock for this sunroof key now.
Thanks

So, none of the windows/sunroof close with the key being turned/held to lock? That could be a BECM setting if you usually use the fob, as it's selectable whether it's just the fob or the key and fob that will 'lazy lock' (close the windows etc aswell as locking the vehicle)

The window switchpack is known for just failing randomly - I repair them, and see faults ranging from one switch being intermittent, through to the whole panel just have stopped working one day.

I have both sunroof and non-sunroof units in stock available on my website, on exchange basis (there's a core charge which I refund when the faulty one is returned).

If you can't find the sunroof 'T' key, then you can use a large flat-blade screwdriver aswell to close the sunroof manually.
