problem one with new rangy drivers window wont set ,if u keep your finger on the switch motor keeps going and theres a klunking noise

common problem - new window regulator thing ma bobo is needed.
search and you will find others who have had the same thing.
temporary fix to get it to set is to actually try lifting the window with your hand as its going up if the clunking is early on. Doesn't always work and you need to get your hand out the way quick when it gets near the top

easier way than the above, slightly less chance of trapping fingers, is to get someone to operate the switch while you help the window with the flat of your hands!
also, if you need to have a fag just open the sunroof and flick yr ash outta there!

I reckon 99.9% that both the boys are right. New reg. on Egay around £45. Common fault.
