Can you,or has anybody fitted a winch on the front of a '04 Series 2 Disco Commercial?

YES. you can. Here is a mounting plate on ebay.

Hi there did you ever sort your problem as I have the same situation ,not knowing which one to fit and whether to fit discreet or full one as my original bumper needs replacing and I cant find a secondhand one for a facelift 2003
mad money new ??????????
