Winch bumper for 300tdi auto

I have just got my 96 300tdi auto through its mot and now it's time to start the conversion from road to off road. My next purchase is a winch bumper and winch but everything I find is stating that its not suitable for auto. Can anyone let me know what conversion is required to make a standard version fit or where can I purchase an auto version?

Why would an auto box affect a winch bumper? sure you dont mean aircon. Message "pressbrake" black sheep off road, you wont find a better quality bumper.Products

Haha he will be back from his jollys soon. i speak very highly of 300tdistu and his work have recently just picked up a non winch bumper off him and rock sliders.

I read somewhere that with the auto the oil cooler can be moved up and rebolted to allow a winch to be fitted..

I have plans to do this on my classic..
