Hi chaps I'm just trying to spam my wheels tyres spacers and spats on flea bay. Has anyone got this sort of kit on there 90?:)

Yep :)

spats are about £100-150, spacers about £120-180 and wheels would have been around £750 quid, so about a grands worth of kit when new.
.....but you probably knew that lol

Hi chaps have just seen some wheels tyres spacers and spats on flea bay . Has anyone got this sort of kit on there 90?:)

So why are you selling them?

Is that cos the tyres are over 50% worn out so you figure you can sell em to a mug on here? or cos they won't fit 'any 5 stud 4x4' as you stated they would? Or cos they are on 15" rims and most defender and disco owners run on 16" rims? or cos wheel spacers cause premature wheel bearing failure? or cos you had em doing nothing in the shed and so thought you'd try to peddle them to the 'mugs' on this forum?:mad::mad:

i have a set of 33/12.50/15 kumo tyres and wheels+spacers+extended eyebrows/spats taken of my defender, not my sort of set up,curently sitting in the shed.

Any normal spammer would be banned outright. You could at east have had the balls to say that it was YOU selling the tat and not that you have just seen them on ebay.:nospamhere::nospamhere::nospamhere::puke2::multiply::your_wrong::banplease:

I bet a defender cost about £20k-£25k when new but it doesn't mean that it still is when it's 15 years old with a knackered engine.

The tyres are nearly worn out for off road use, the wheels are the wrong size cos he got the 'cheaper' option and the spacers kill wheel bearings.

The spats are the only bit worth having and even then I can get em new for a damn sight less than the £350.

I've given wheels and tyres away with more tread on em than the ones he's selling.

Anyone else have any thoughts on the spam thats being peddled?

I wasn't suggesting they'd be worth new price  far from it.

I would have just posted that i had some for sale rather than saying i've seen these on ebay though lol (however you would still have been berated for spamming.........like i was lol )

As for the for sale section, I'll help you out, go to the "for sale" section at the top of the page, then onto the "accessories for sale" and click "place an ad".

This is located in the top right hand corner, not plainly obvious like "reply to thread" etc

here's a pic to help ;)

rest is self explanatory, hope that helps ;)

Thanks for the help, its good to know that there are still some helpful people out there rather than people that just rip into everyone
