why does my disco sit ****ed?

i have just put bearmach H/D standard height springs and tuffback shocks on my 300tdi disco and have noticed that it sits ****ed at the rear. i thought at first that i had put the rear springs on the wrong way round so i swapped them over but its still the same. i have gone round the car and measured the height from the top of the wheel rim to the wheel arch. the fronts measure 25cm both sides , the drivers side rear measures 25cm but the passenger side rear measure 28cm and i can't for the life of me figure out why. it does'nt affect the handleing or anything like that it just looks odd and bugs me.
any ideas ?

i fitted a 3" lift kit with bearmach springs.

sat level for two days then sagged about an inch lower on the right.

removed spare wheel and all weight from back (working on it) and it leveled up a touch, but still basically wonky.

it did the same when i put new oem springts on it a few years ago.

really annoying!

Dunna about discos but fenders sit a bit wonky cos they're supposed to level up with full tank of juice and a driver in...

pretty common really, ive seen someone fit a 25mm spacer under the one spring to level it up!
