Whinning noise 300tdi es premium

Hi all, New to the forum, had this whinning noise for about 3 months now and for the life in me i cant find where its coming from. the noise comes loudest at 30mph and as i get faster the noise is more of a scream. when i take my foot off the gas it goes away, but when i slow down to take a sharp turn the noise is like a slowing down whinning noise. its not the turbo or hoses. help appreciated.

Is it coming from the engine bay? If you rev it up in neutral, does it still make the noise?

I dont think its coming from engine bay and it doesnt do noise when just revving up, i also dont think its wheel bearings, not long since done but i do have wheel spacers.

I remember you from lro forum a few month ago and yes i still got the problem. could it be a diff maybe the rear one, and is there anything i can add to oil to see if it eases the noise.
