Hi All,

I'm sorry if i've posted this in the wrong place, i'm thinking of changing my factory fitted stereo in my 2005 TD4 for an aftermarket one. I'm happy to fit a new unit myself but unsure if exactly which wiring harness i will need. If anyone has done this and could let me know i'd much appreciate it.:)

Most car stereos use same connectors unless yours is fitted with the premium stereo? In which case see above. I had no problem changing mine, it was a simple remove old one and fit new one job.

My new radio came with a harness to connect to the industry standard (ISO i think) loom. It fitted straight in. You may have to work out which is constant live for "keep memory alive" and which is switched for main power. This may be on a bullet style connector to simply plug in the correct way round
