Which Gearbox?

Hello group, I'm replacing the "diff lock" switch on my Defender 110, (R-Plated 97) but I've seen a few variants in the actual switch. Can anyone tell me what type of box I should be ordering for (R380,LT95,LT77,85)?

On an R plate i would expect an R380 'box, but i thought they used the same transfer box anyway?

Is it standard engine/box, what engine is it?

Its a 300TDi, 2.5, they probably do use the same transfer unit. But I want to make sure I have the right part before stripping the old one out.
