Where is the "How to..." section located?

Just that really.
I'm looking to download the RAVE pack onto my desktop, got it on disc somewhere and sods law I cant find it where it should be, so I'll download it so I always got it handy.

Its now called the tech archive top left of range rover home page, and rave is in wammers eas guide iirc.
