Whats it worth?

May have to sell up due to one thing or another, just curious to know what its worth...I know it would be better to strip and sell in parts but I have no space or facilities to do so.

Its a 96 300tdi 3door Disco, approx 160k, no t&t. Been parked since 2012, had HGF so new headgasket fitted, head skimmed etc it runs apart from a misfire which I believe to be easily sorted.

Lots of mods, good 285/75/16 Kumho KL71 tyres on 8J Modulars, 2"lift, 30mm spacers, flexi arches, white light kit, winch and bumper, hybrid turbo, front mount cooler, decat exhaust, snorkel with k&n, lightbar, twin batts, split charge, oem seatcovers and mats, cb blah blah blah

It was a daily for me till it cooked itself, its been sat in the dry for the last year or so.

Just want a rough idea of what its worth really, thanks

Well just for your info, I just bought a '98 5 door ES auto with a fantastic and up to date service history with loads of good stuff done. Everything works with no rust issues that I can find, for £1300.

To my mind that makes yours worth £500.

I think the answer is "whatever you can get". Unfortunately it seems D1's are worth buttons unless they are in nice condition. At the moment there's more crap out there than decent cars so until a lot more have been scrapped values are going to stay very low.

I gave not a lot more than a grand for my 71k from new with full history 300tdi with sod all rust and by the time I've restored it back to standard it'll owe me about £3500 and I wouldn't expect to get my money back.

You've really got to want a D1 to put any kind of real money into one!

without its really hard to say , sounds like good mods tbh but the mods are proberly worth more than the actual car
get pictures up or use ebay to give u an idea off modded discos ect
