Sarstad, what sort of prices in Denmark? I've been keeping an eye open for nice LSE but here in Germany they are very expensive!

I have got a 1990 3.9 efi auto and a 1972 3 door.
I would have to say for comfort the 1990 is better but I would go 1991 so I got the heated door locks for where you live. for UK pre 1993 is an advantage as you dont need cats!
I would not get anything with air suspension as its more trouble than its worth.
The beauty of the earlier 3 door cars is that they go up in value every year and also the tax is free in the uk for pre 72 cars but that wont affect you unless your living here!
I have to say though for a long trip they arnt as comfortable!

price on a RRC before 86 is around 100-2000£ so some cheap and some not
yes storm it is classisk insurance and on a rrc i can get it fore 465dkr and 2500dkr in roadtax .
but only on the ones before 86 (ore older than 25years ) veteran is at 30 ore 35 cant remember .....

well you can get an old clunker like I did and do it up, youjust need to be handy with a welder!
I didnt buy any metal work apart from the rear crossmember which was only £40, I made the rest up from 1.2 and 1.6 sheet steel which is pennys
