Drained excess oil from front diff & gearbox. Topped up rear diff ( leaking from front oil seal). Cleaned up a couple of areas of corrosion and sprayed with acid etch.

Removed gbox wading plug :).

Washed the mud off the chassis, then used the beast to pull out the massively over engineered washing line concrete footings. It had resisted all my manual attempts to remove it. Landy pulled it out without me even noticing it :)

bit the bullit and took out all the parts of my rear sun roof.
for 2 or more years its had a cut to size piece of perspex in - yes it still leaked.
been running for months with a piece of heavy duty plastic held by gaffa tape..
took it all out, cleaned everything down to shiney new paint,
will use the fittings to mark out a piece of galvo sheet (my stainless was just not big enough) but cut it well plus on size, silicone it in place and use blind ended pop rivets to secure....when all dry, then paint the outer side gloss black, the inside underseal then cover with a cut piece of carpet or sound proofing - whatever I can find...
Its no loss as a sunroof, never used it, and theres just too much glass in the back anyway......

rough fitted my rock/tree sliders and hammerited them just need to sort out some steel to make them more of a wrap around sill so they are part of the truck instead of just a bolt on part. also helped my mate fit his winch then tested it pulling my truck on the flat. now I'm jealous and need to sort out making the rest of the winch bumper I now have fitting it and getting my own winch sorted

Went to fit my prop shaft grease nipples I bought from the billing show the other day only to find they was the same ones that was already fitted

need to buy some extra long ones :(

Factory carpet removal, getting behind seatbelt bolts, wd40 on the old adhesive and some paint prep.

I think Ill take my time on this as I hate the scratching away at old glue bit. Does anyone have any top tips? Should I borrow the other halfs hairdryer ??

Started by trying to develop a new form of front locomotion.. ; )

But gave up on that and carried on with the brake renewal work. Got as far as taking everyting off on the passenger side then decided to do the swivel seals as well so stripped right down to the swivel ball. Found that it was heavily scored and pitted so have ordered a new pair which I can't get until tomorrow afternoon so work stop right now.
