Paid my insurance renewal. Ok for another year now

Took my hand break drum off and cleaned it up with sand paper and break cleaning stuff. Did the same on the shoes. Turns out its still **** and won't hold the landy in place :/

Might just replace the whole lot. Have to see if it goes through the mot

Taken my 2nd row seats out of the disco in prep for carpet/interior cleaning front seat proving a struggle!

got the wiring in for me oil pressure and temp guages, they all light up, just dont show me owt, couldnt be bothered crawling round in a puddle to put the senders in...

Discovery 300tdi: Removed the (lhd) drivers side door interior light switch to find that the wire has corroded and snapped off, said wire is now hidden deep inside the door pillar, I've no idea how to retrieve it. I've tried shouting and swearing at it, but it didn't work.

Put in my new inter cooler and pas hoses and tried to turn it over with no joy. Seems my starter is totalled.

Started decorating!

theres only those 2 types for 90 of that age split pin securing or solid pin so its one of those

cut out rest of inner sill and started derusting floor.

D'ya reckon he had the correct brake pads in the first place and just hadn't pushed the pistons in far enough?

Changed my fuel filter as the tank of biodiesel I'd gone through had started to make it a bit jerky

possibly they are all the same size unless its 110 or 300 onwards

fixed the headlights after finding the don't work when I picked up the 90

2 Q's

1) how big was the hole before yu started?
2) how big was the weld when yu finished?

Had my calipers sorted on the back had wrong bolts in rattled its tits off!! Whilst doing this sussed out rear wheel bearings where fecked! Inner one had collapsed on one side, still got my tank to sort as that's decided to leak now! (Anyone got a spare one?) So best part of £180 spent today oh n I greased my props n ujs
Tomorrow hopefully fitting cb aerial n my non working winch lol

Ride got a bit lumpy on my way home today. Found one of the air suspension ride height sensor arms hanging loose as the bush was perished. Bugger. Other side doesn't look very good either

Ah well, more money down the Land drain. I love me Landy.
