Argument with a transit :(

that looks ouch. I hope you're alright!

Sad times :-( Im fine, not a scratch. She took it well. Photos sent to garage for repair quote, they were amazed that the outrigger wasnt bent apparently if a wheel is ripped off the radius arm normally goes through the chassi. Chassis straight and sound. Now just have insurance to deal with :-(

Thanks for the concern tho :)

Fitted the light bar and two of the 4 lights, had to take the Hella's down to sort the wiring so I'll be re-doing them tomorrow morning and then attempting to adjust the beams up a little as I have a bit of bonnet glare from the 150w Daylighters

Hope everything works out for you. Goldilocks. :crutch: Got the MOT on mine. It was a week of weld weld weld. then some welding. track-rod end. new break servo. wheel stud. exhaust and plenty of cleaning. :biggrin1:

Quite a bit, got the rear diff off yesterday, today I've cleaned the spring, shock absorbers, wheel spacers and all other bits and bobs! Removed the panhard rod bushes (pain in the nech :D) and cleaned up the rods and painted them, also discovered a few holes in the chassis that need patching up, not bad for a 20 year old car, hopefully the new rear axle will be on tomorrow :)

i have arb compressor for air lockers the blue vessel is for on board air(air tank),as i have big 35 tyres if i have to let some air out i can now blow them back up without putting a strain on compressor..the air tank is bolted through the wood floor which hides spare wheel budy.

reet next question where did you get a 12 volt compressor pump as youve just given me inspiration fer me series since ive got it stripped to the knackers i could build a tank under me chassis out of the way :D:D:D

i put a t piece on top of compressor ,so one part goes to air lockers, the other to air tank.i put in line a valve ,non return valve, theoff the tank i put pressure gauge, and a dump valve just incase anything fails and compressor carries on pumping air into tank, the tank is tested at 14 bar which is more than capable, hope this helps with your project
