As a welder I do like to do things properly where possible. I HATE working on vehicles and that is a gross understatement! I'd rather weld railings and posts all day

put the head back on and rebuilt all around it, just need some injector nozzles and the old girl will be back onteh road again.

Finally got round to stitching on my leather steering wheel cover............ooooo posh posh posh

I'm so posh I have to doff my cap at myself now

Started removing the rear tub but the bolts are all seized, nowt new there then but rain has stopped play. I may be forced to make a space in my garage to work on it if the weather doesnt improve but have a rolling chassis in there.

started chopping up the convertable, on the excuse that I can use some of the panels on my other Discos .

No room left on my land, but I can get 3 Landies in there if cleared a space.

picked up the ifor williams back from me mates place and refitted it

Finally sorted the water pump. Still got to sort one of the tentioner clamping bolts out but all is getting there.

Started cleaning up my rollcage for the 80 inch aswell a bit of nice shiny paint and its looking good. Getting there sloooowly.

Had a look at the injector pump to see if it is repairable incase my replacement doesnt turn up before thursday, it isnt :doh:

Abandoned any hope of doing other work on in tonight, rust to tackle tomorrow!

did half a full service. having no thread in the transfer box drain plug hole was what ruined it all for the last 3-4 hours of daylight!

tested the new to me td5 disco on trip to beamish with mrs and kids ,needs brakes doing apart from that a dream
