Sounds like my yard  Chassis leant against the house

should be quite an interesting time ahead he's now got a engine to make fit and run in his car and a chassis to clean and sort any possible rot out before fitting to his D1 so no doubt there will be alot of things to play with. and thats before I get to my car being maintained and my D1 being played with and maintained and probably getting my old car through an mot for the missus to drive if she gets her ass in gear and passes her test. looks like plenty of playing about to come :D

switched back to the mondeo alternator. bye bye rev counter. who was it that said they knew how to mod the alt to make the revs work

Emptied it and finally got to hosing it out .. that Salisbury Plain mud gets everywhere!

Cheers matey!
Will have to use my right foot very lightly & responsibly!
Has made her loose a little poke with the disco tranny box, might be putting a fender one back in.

What size tyres i am running 265's same tread pattern just wondering if they would be ok with a disco transfer box or not :)

Yes mate 265 you won't notice it so don't worry,
there 285 but sit at 34" like a lot of 35" tyres are only 34".
It's not too bad just pulling away on a hill or junction it would be abit of a struggle if running standard fuel pump/turbo it needs that extra bit of poke to get going lol.
