its not a Q of disconnecting it - the wiring is fubbarred and is an MOT failure, so i gorra replace it.

simple.. chop it off as far back as you can...

Today, started up the ol 110 after it being left for a week while we were away, started as always first hit....but had to empty the water out of the rubber floor mats reminding me that the new windscreen seal that is in the back is not effective until it is actually around the windscreen.....

Ooo yaaa tis a bit far :/ had I have known. I could have picked an arc welder up from aldi for 40 squid. I want to get one anyway so maybe I shall leave it till after Christmas when the big expense has gone. And get my self an eBay or auction mig jobbie cheers though. Been very helpful!

the whole section of loom that runs from the back of the engine up to the thermostat housing is burnt, brittle & buggered, hence replacing the lot.

tape the fecker up then

Took it for a spin after having replaced the exhaust down pipe. I hadn't noticed it had got noisy with the holed old one. What a difference. I can hear the radio again.

just got h/duty procomp spring kit so its time to fit it all with poly bush kit as :tea:first

Fitted my new expansion unit and new shoes for my handbrake. All fitted nicely but doesn't work yet. It's adjusted correctly, but when I pull the handbrake it doesn't pull the engage. So I've done something wrong with the expander bit.
Have to take it all off again another day and have a fiddle :/

Cleaned up my rubber engine topper or what ever you call it and fixed the windscreen washers
