Replaced 5 of 6 spark plugs. The last one (cylinder 3) refusing to be acknowledged or come out.
Drilled a hole and treated with kurust in the goldfish bowl to help with future drainage. Also removed what was left of the Harmon Kardon sub in the back.
Removed the plastic apron thing at the bottom of the windscreen to inspect why only one of the wipers worked. Also resprayed it back to black from the weird green it had gone.

215/70 16 - bf Goodrich = £108.89
215/65 16 - Pirelli scorpion str = £86.09
225/55 17 - Pirelli scorpion str = 110.09
Free delivery
So much cheaper than I found elsewhere. Black circles do a price match and they couldn't get anywhere near it. Even camskill who are normally the cheapest were +£20

Removed props from vcu......what a ball ache...looks like original vcu as the bolts were untouched. Not bad going for 120k....

That's twice the imaginary life of a vcu. You'll need to buy 2 now. Chuck one away and fit the other.

hi guys
yesterday and today I have changed the front brake discs. pads, drop links, full yellow suspension bushes, diff bushes and exhaust I have also fitted a Kenlowe fan control switch and coated the under body with waxoil. I thought it was time to spend a bit of money on the old girl, she is a 1.8 petrol 2000 millennium edition and has done 131000 miles, and how does she repay me, she starts leaking water from just under the exhaust manifold where it bolts to the head.... Doh !!!!

Finally got round to removing the oil pump and drilling/helicoiling that pesky M6 bolt what snapped on me last time.
Upon removal the timing belt was found to be absolutely soused in oil, so I re-fitted with a new one
These were the only pics i could manage to take due to being covered in oil for most of the day

Fitted my make shift front fog light switch
Used a rear wiper switch and then fitted the blank switch on... Made a small dot on the blank with a drill bit to Allow the light to com through
A lot cheaper than buying the real thing!
