I remember seeing one of those in the bullring going to the model shop with my gran. Talbot mantra. They do look surprisingly like a discovery though

Changed the interior light bulb to led. Bright? it even lights up the back!

I did this and the results are brilliant (white) plus the current draw is far less

Yes, it's great. I can read maps at night without having to keep a separate torch to hand for the purpose.

Analog GPS. Fook sight more reliable as well.

Tried to sort the tow bar electrics without success today. New parts on order.

Thought about fixing tow bar electrics, but then it rained.
Who ever fitted them used those cheap crap squeeze on blue connectors.
I'm going to solder the wires together and use heat shrink sleaving.
So all I did to the 110 today was remove a model railway that was at a show yesterday.

Drove it home after a very enjoyabe weekend at the Bicester LR Heritage show.

Oil change next weekend.

I tried to find the fault in the diff lock circuit. The bulb is ok and so is the wire, The mechanism is working ok so I guess it is the switch. I need to take the floor out next to get to it............

Let me know how you get on, my diff lock indicater doesn't work either.

Spare tyre came today from Germany . Got it fitted to rim so now have spare wheel ready for doe on Wed.
