afraid so, a few inches of soil would jump out in front of me , that was it,

Replaced the coolant bottle and cap this afternoon, took approx 30 mins from start to finish.
Common fault on the Disco 3 as the sensor becomes porous and flashes a warning on the message centre
on the dash. I negotiated on price when buying the Disco to factor in the replacement.
No more message on the dash as the fault clears itself when bottle replaced.

spent the day on these electric seats , altering the wiring and adding wires to bypass the memory module

all good fun ,

Nothing working as always but had time to look for dust.

Run Dennis out of fuel today like a plum! Filled and primed fine, but didn't have enough juice in the battery to get him turned over.

Lesson learned, don't drive past 7 fuel stations with your fuel light on as the reserve isn't as big as you had hoped.

And 2, get a battery booster pack to start up your car after being a plum
